Today, We had grp 1 FBEC......


During the morning mise-en-place, there was last minute some things were not really available.......Then when its up to service...Very blur,confused.....Not really much communications....Then pick up area oso ''cock up''.........Nevertheless,there were lots of compliments on the food that was sent out to the customers....

Thru this event,i had learn a lot of things....From communication of each section to plating and serving out to the guest.....

Today i went for interview at Hilton hotel !! Then yeah....Tot it was just interview by HR department...Waa...My hp wrong timing cut off....No more $$...Prepaid....Just when jason was telling me where he was...Luckily,still managed to be on time....Phew...


HR department said that we had 2 interviews,1 is by them the other by the chef himself,Chef Martin...Wow,His interview i would say quite tough....

He started things off with introducing myself,then he said that it looks like i am a food lover....And thats definately true...Haha...I am so happy !! It was not really a confirmed yes or no..for a place there..He told me that i would move outlet to outlet to experience Hilton...He told me whether i will regret or not,there is compeition between the hotels nearby....I replied no,i wun regret...

Then chef then procceed to tell me his terms.....
1)MCs,he wants 0...Unless it is accident or whatsoever...
2)Take down notes,even we are told to do a simple dressing
3)He wants to hear good comments from the chefs
4)Everything is provided there,From shoes to Uniform..And a meal..
5)He does not expect each trainee to work just 8 hours,he expects them to stay
6)Even When The chef pays u Ot or others,it is another story....


This 6 rules...Quite easy to follow......Yes? Then mdm called me around nearly 8pm asking me how is the interview...Then told her all about the interview and then she broke the news to me saying that all 3of us,Khai,Jason and me,Got accepted by Hilton hotel !!! WoooHooo!!


Though there is a small dispute between me and jeremy,Heh,tell u what tandoori,Forgive and forget....I will settle the mix....! Chill !

F**K....haha....then we procceded to shatec,on our way,there had a little adventure...lol...We were lost....Then we were like walking towards a building,then i told Ray...''Huh,Shatec looks like secondary skol hor''...Then we walked towards it and found out...F**king hell,it was bukit view secondary.. -.-'' Then we walked around the area...Happened just nice a guy walked pass..Told ray to ask direction,he didn't wanna... -.- So i asked...Just as he answer my question''I am going to Shatec now,u can follow me''.....I looked at Ray and said...Heng ar!! so we followed the ''stranger''...Never come across our mind,SHATEC is actually located in the middle of the industrial park??!!

When we reached we were about 10 mins late? but heng haven start yet......Sir iggy was saying sore throat har to me....Sing....Then i -.-'' ............Then there was something to laugh about.....I asked sir where is the toilet....And sir laughed and pointed to my back....Shit,i was actually standing in front of the restroom!! The door looks like a office door.......


Had fun at the workshop.....Cool.......Lots of interesting Facts....During one of the speech by Margret...Her hp rang in her bag....Then Chef Eric Teo said''Margret,i think Obama is calling you''...Everyone was laughing...Heh...Those who missed it really wasted a lot!! Demo was a japanese dish! Of course caught my attention...Haha

Then it was bad news,once i alighted the train.....Mdm called me to say my classmate's dad had passed on.....It was real sad.....But i know that guy gonna be brave...

When i reached home,My Nephew was there and he learnt how to walked !!! faster than i tot!!Had fun playing with a toddler...Haha
