Stupid cook 1...so slow.....

Phew,finally resting at home,what a day it is for me,Clubroom breakfast,cold cuts,salads,Kaspia Bar canapes,Funtion....Phew,rushed here and there,it was fun,killed yabbies,lobster and prawns.....AND they are ALIVE !!! i prayed while i sent in them to the steamer....Phew....yabbies are actually''baby lobsters''....they have claws attached to them AND it is NOT tied up,they will pinch,i kena oreadi...1 moment they were jumping around,the other moment,they turned orange,lying there,DEAD.... -.-''

Can't stand the new permernant staff,a cook 1....do thing s so slow like shopping only.....haiz....Me ar,hahaha,i dun usually brag but,i was fast !! I got poached salmon to do,roast pine nuts,blanch prawns,steam lobster and yabbies,send function items to 24th floor....i did it all within An hour....When i come down,he is still roasting his stupid vegetables.....

Today went for my Asthma test...Phew,Doctor said nothing is wrong with me,except my blood pressure is higher than before....He reconmeneded me to lose some weight so that the blood pressure will go down too...

Back to work tml,phew,time flies,dun they,soon going into my 3rd week in cold kitchen,as the F1 event gets nearer and nearer...Haiz,nowadays,blogger,i dunno how to put pictures oreadi.... COZ i dunno where did the images logo went !!!! -.-''Anyway ytd,had a cut on my thumb....Blood gushing,quite deep...felt numbness on my thumb...at least now,it is starting to heal...

Haiz....as we gather for lunch today,we shared our experiences for this 1 month that had passed....Someone seems to be jealous that the people around me favoured me....What to do ? I mean,this is me,i do my job well,ppl like me,of course ! Rather than keep complaining about the craps and shit happening in herself experience...This is something that i can't teach !! u want ppl to like u,1st u must like ppl,then treat everyone with equal amount of respect,know ur position as a Trainee in this hotel line,if you are F**ked,Well,there must be something that u did wrong,everyday,spent about 15mins,reflecting on what u have learnt,what are the mistakes u have done,that only,will u not only aquired geniune knowledge,u,as a future chef,next time can teach these things to ur cooks !! Yes,people around you,some might have a sort of loud voice,vulgar,but this is all a part of EXPERIENCES !!! In this whole damned world, there are no free lunch. Everything can be good if you just look at the BRIGHT SIDE....

Today's is a public holiday,there are not much to do....After lunch,did some mise-en-place for the Thai buffet tml,Then Chef showed us the clubroom,which is,really small....Which is rare la,normally,chef is too busy to bring us to somewhere but today is optional,learnt a bunch of gelatine-invloved cooking as i said earlier,not much to do,so he has his free time to teach us things for functions,the food everything... Greatly appreciated :)

Haiz....Went for Army check-up today....got sucked 3 full bottles of blood....Got extremely hungry after that....My result was Pes D which is temporarily unfit for grading and pending further reviews....


I think it gotta do with the electrical currents of my heart....maybe a heart-diease?

On 13th of august,i have an appointment at MMI (Military Medicine Institute) for this,treadmill exercise/Exersice-induced Asthma Tests....I suppose i have to run on a treadmill....-.-''

Today is quite a RElaxed day for me,Chef's not around,working with two Aunties....Dun see them old physically,they ARE young at heart :D

Tml i will be working as usual,then Friday is my off-day...as i request because of Army check-up,sian,bet there is gonna be LOADS of ppl...I can only wonder what my results are....Pes B or C... ?

Today on my way home met into ''mak raid'' or ''ma-d Rapes'' u call them,they were screaming shouting in the bus,somemore they sit right next to me !! i was totally pissed by their attitude...These guys seems to be on drugs oreadi,they look so ''druggy''...Heng i was tolerating them...Haiz...Friday army check up...Haiz....Sian ar sian !!!!!!! lols..Hope tml will be fine :)

Cold kitchen is sian,makes me tired easily,however,kind chef is the 1 that allows me to move on even when i am tired....Made a office knife cover for me,coz i happen to slot in the knife in my pocket,so ya,afraid that i may hurt myself or in fact ourselves,me and Zul got a custom,handmade cover by chef william seah :)

Sian ar,Army check up this Friday....Wonder whats gonna happen etc....HAiz.....Sunday is National Day BUT i have to work.... T.T....Hopefully the chef will give me an extra day off for the national day thingy...Hopefully lor...
