Today's is a public holiday,there are not much to do....After lunch,did some mise-en-place for the Thai buffet tml,Then Chef showed us the clubroom,which is,really small....Which is rare la,normally,chef is too busy to bring us to somewhere but today is optional,learnt a bunch of gelatine-invloved cooking as i said earlier,not much to do,so he has his free time to teach us things for functions,the food everything... Greatly appreciated :)
