Today, We had grp 1 FBEC......


During the morning mise-en-place, there was last minute some things were not really available.......Then when its up to service...Very blur,confused.....Not really much communications....Then pick up area oso ''cock up''.........Nevertheless,there were lots of compliments on the food that was sent out to the customers....

Thru this event,i had learn a lot of things....From communication of each section to plating and serving out to the guest.....

Heh.After the event....Damned tired...but worth it......

Haiz...after event...bloody me...this monday exams....but now...haha...of course eating my fav.pasta watching shows b4 i start my revision for exams tml !!
