hello everyone ! its been a while since i blog coz,yea,its been tired each day.but kitchen life in hilton is never boring. 2 months had passed...now currently under the Main kitchen.Working with chef philips is never boring,u make mistakes,he will say,nvr mind.and if u are not sure,ask me. :) a very patient chef.then main kitchen life,yea,pretty hot yes,but u learn things as well,today i ''jaga'' two areas,cold and main kitchen,coz cold kitchen only has 2 staffs today...so i went in to help with whatever i can...Heng got 1 month experience in cold kitchen :) yawn...think i gotta sleep oreadi....too shag :) will be fine after a good night rest.

Is having a relationship good or bad ??? Haiz....my this week working time sux...very sucky...11am to 7pm..... Well,heng only for monday,tues,wed and fri....Off day gonna be on thurs....Sat and sun the timing ok for me....

Stupid cook 1...so slow.....

Phew,finally resting at home,what a day it is for me,Clubroom breakfast,cold cuts,salads,Kaspia Bar canapes,Funtion....Phew,rushed here and there,it was fun,killed yabbies,lobster and prawns.....AND they are ALIVE !!! i prayed while i sent in them to the steamer....Phew....yabbies are actually''baby lobsters''....they have claws attached to them AND it is NOT tied up,they will pinch,i kena oreadi...1 moment they were jumping around,the other moment,they turned orange,lying there,DEAD.... -.-''

Can't stand the new permernant staff,a cook 1....do thing s so slow like shopping only.....haiz....Me ar,hahaha,i dun usually brag but,i was fast !! I got poached salmon to do,roast pine nuts,blanch prawns,steam lobster and yabbies,send function items to 24th floor....i did it all within An hour....When i come down,he is still roasting his stupid vegetables.....

Today went for my Asthma test...Phew,Doctor said nothing is wrong with me,except my blood pressure is higher than before....He reconmeneded me to lose some weight so that the blood pressure will go down too...

Back to work tml,phew,time flies,dun they,soon going into my 3rd week in cold kitchen,as the F1 event gets nearer and nearer...Haiz,nowadays,blogger,i dunno how to put pictures oreadi.... COZ i dunno where did the images logo went !!!! -.-''Anyway ytd,had a cut on my thumb....Blood gushing,quite deep...felt numbness on my thumb...at least now,it is starting to heal...

Haiz....as we gather for lunch today,we shared our experiences for this 1 month that had passed....Someone seems to be jealous that the people around me favoured me....What to do ? I mean,this is me,i do my job well,ppl like me,of course ! Rather than keep complaining about the craps and shit happening in herself experience...This is something that i can't teach !! u want ppl to like u,1st u must like ppl,then treat everyone with equal amount of respect,know ur position as a Trainee in this hotel line,if you are F**ked,Well,there must be something that u did wrong,everyday,spent about 15mins,reflecting on what u have learnt,what are the mistakes u have done,that only,will u not only aquired geniune knowledge,u,as a future chef,next time can teach these things to ur cooks !! Yes,people around you,some might have a sort of loud voice,vulgar,but this is all a part of EXPERIENCES !!! In this whole damned world, there are no free lunch. Everything can be good if you just look at the BRIGHT SIDE....
