Now,for these 2 weeks,i will be Pastry kitchen.....Damn....The things there.....Slow......TOO slow,i want to chiong 1,Chef told me,boy,Pastry is about correct measurements and Quality,if u rush,it will affect the quality.....I know u are a culinary student,but,u know,its good for u to slow down a bit.... -.-''

Mdm Veron told me that Pastry is like this de.every ingredients must be exact not like hot cooking. And you must be paitient with the process..That why people that like fast pace dun like pastry or the cold kitchen,She also describe these 2 kitchens as HELL...Too slow for ppl who likes hot kitchen....Haha
