2dae,i had a mock NAPFA test........I informed the whole class about it but sad to say,still,only a few turned up.....I was shocked by the attendence!...We then proceed to do all the stations,then i cracked jokes about myself in my heart........on each stations....


1.Sit-ups--Do until i got''miscarriage''......
2.Pull ups--When holding onto the bar,it will dent towards me.....
3.Shutter Run--Ran like a bull,can''t seem to break.....
4.Standing Broad Jump--Jumped and then created a hole.Lol.
5.Sit and reach--not yet done.....
6.2.4km run--like walking in shopping malls......


Then got separated from frens going to the kitchen...Luckily,still got Ray....lol...If not i sian.....Then we were talking about a certain individual.......Until my blood all began to Boil.......Grrrrrrrr.......

Played mahjong again....Invited by my neighbours,and won 20 bucks.....now,my legs are almost paralysed.Cant seem to move properly....Must have gotten injured when doing Standing broad jump.....Numbed.......Now,i studied again and again,hoping that i could come up 1st again in the test...Headache,so many points to take note....looking towards joining the band camp this Friday.......Hope i can impart my skills to u all..Members...
